How do I manage/cancel my Pichoo’s World Subscription?

To manage/cancel your subscription, go to the Settings menu of your device. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the “Settings” of your device
  2. Tap on your “Apple ID”
  3. Now scroll down a bit and tap on “Subscriptions”
  4. Now tap on “Pichoo’s World”

From here you can manage/cancel your subscription

Refunds:

Unfortunately, we as developers of the app, do not have any control over the payment and refund process.

Can I share my subscription through Family Sharing?

If you have enabled family sharing for subscriptions, in your Apple account settings, then your family members should immediately get access to Pichoo’s World subscription without the need for a Pichoo World account.

Please follow the below steps to turn ON Family Sharing –

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions.
  2. Tap on a subscription, then turn Share with Family ON.

I have an active subscription but the content is locked.

If you are unable to access your subscription on the device that you purchased, please tap on the “Restore” button in the app to unlock previous purchases again.

This will work if you are using the same account with which you made the purchase.

How do I manage/cancel my Pichoo’s World Subscription?

To cancel your subscription, tap on the Manage Subscription button on the Settings page of Kiddopia, and follow the instructions listed to cancel a subscription.

Alternatively, you can also Manage Subscriptions from the Google Play Store. Please follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap On Menu
  3. Tap on Subscriptions
  4. Find the Pichoo’s World Subscription
  5. From here you can manage/cancel your subscription

Refunds:
